How your jewel is born
Each of our jewels is individually crafted to your size, with your own color palette, and is not mass-produced. It combines technology, craftsmanship, and meticulous attention to detail. It's neither an industrial product nor a printed object: it's a piece made for you through a process that requires time, precision, and expertise.
Design comes first
Before you even place an order, each collection takes shape through a true design journey: hand drawings, proportion studies, 3D models, and wax prototypes.
Each shape is tested with casting trials, technical checks, and quality controls. Only when everything is perfect is the collection approved.
Your order activates creation
When you choose a piece of jewelry, we generate a CAD model in your exact size. Each size is a dedicated file, with optimized thicknesses and proportions to ensure comfort, balance, and durability.
We don't scale: we design from scratch for you .
Wax prototype and metal casting
From the CAD model, we create a wax prototype with a high-definition 3D printer. This wax becomes the mold that will hold the molten precious metal, guiding it as it comes to life.
It is a delicate step that requires control, precise timing and a great deal of experience.
Handcrafted goldsmith work
Once removed from the casting, the jewel passes into the hands of our goldsmiths. It is polished, filed, soldered, finished, engraved, and inspected.
Each piece is worked by hand under a microscope , because the details are tiny — we're talking tenths of a millimeter — and every gesture must be perfect.
Hybrid ceramics
The ceramic we use is not paint or enamel: it is a technical ceramic, resistant and precious.
How we apply it:
- We prepare the metal with cleaning and micro-sandblasting
- we apply a dedicated membership base
- We design mechanical anchors in the 3D model for exceptional holding
- we insert the ceramic by hand, under the microscope, with very fine tools
- we harden it with pressure and controlled heat
- we finish and polish by hand
It is a slow, precise and completely manual job.
Result : stable, precise, resistant color that is perfectly integrated into the jewel.
Final finishing
Depending on the model, the jewel is polished to a mirror finish, sandblasted for a matte effect, or finished with both techniques.
Each surface is checked and perfected under the microscope.

Maintenance
To preserve the brilliance of metals and prevent tarnishing, polish your jewelry regularly with a soft, specialized cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals: a simple cleaning with warm water and mild soap is more than sufficient. Use a soft-bristled toothbrush only for the most delicate areas, taking care not to scratch the surface.
After cleaning, dry each piece thoroughly to avoid moisture buildup, which can accelerate the oxidation process. If the jewelry has been electroplated, such as rhodium plating or burnished, handle it with particular care and polish only when absolutely necessary.
Conservation
When not wearing, store your jewelry in its original packaging , in a lined box, or in a separate pouch. This will protect it from scratches, dust, and tarnishing. Each piece of jewelry should be stored individually to preserve its finish and stones.

Tracking, delivery and control upon receipt

Jewelry with surface treatments : Galvanic treatments such as rhodium plating involve the electrochemical application of a thin layer of metal to the surface of the jewelry. These treatments are subject to natural wear and tear and may fade over time. Factors such as prolonged exposure to the sun, contact with acids (creams, perfumes, detergents), solvents, and abrasives accelerate deterioration.
Stone Jewelry : We use a variety of carefully selected stones, including semi-precious stones, gemstones, synthetic stones, composite stones, and cubic zirconia. Semi-precious and composite stones may exhibit natural color variations, inclusions, veining, and striations. These characteristics should not be considered flaws or imperfections, but rather intrinsic qualities of natural stones.
To keep your gemstone jewelry in tip-top condition, avoid sudden temperature changes and prolonged exposure to sunlight.
For cleaning, use only room-temperature water, neutral detergents, and smooth, soft cloths to dry, without rubbing. Avoid using abrasives, hard brushes, or anything else that could scratch and dull the stone's surface.
Pearl jewelry : Pearls are delicate and require special care to maintain their beauty. Avoid contact with perfume, foundation, hairspray, and other products containing alcohol or solvents, as these can damage their surface.
Store pearl jewelry separately from other jewelry. Ideally, place it in a cloth bag or wrap it in a soft cloth to prevent scratches and damage.

Other important information
Oxidation : Silver, by its very nature, tends to oxidize over time. This is not a defect, but an intrinsic quality of the material itself. Several factors can contribute to oxidation, including contact with air, water, humidity, and the pH of the skin.
Even the use of body lotions, sunscreens, deodorants, perfumes, and hairsprays can accelerate the oxidation process. Untreated jewelry may therefore oxidize, but simply polishing it with a special cloth will restore its original shine.
Allergic reactions : Our jewelry is made with the highest quality silver available and is classified as nickel-free. This means that, although it contains nickel as a natural element common to many metal alloys, trace amounts of this element are kept within the legal limits set by the UNI EN 1811/2011 regulation, thus ensuring product safety. However, even if the nickel content is small, it could cause reactions in people with sensitivity to the material.
Warranty and repair
It provides a two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and damage directly attributable to the production process. The warranty does not cover wear and tear due to use, misuse, oxidation, loss, or theft. The warranty is void in the event of modifications and/or repairs performed by third parties. To benefit from the warranty, it is essential to retain the sales receipt, which constitutes proof of original purchase.
Warranty and verification conditions
All our products undergo rigorous quality checks before shipping. However, in the event of damage caused during transportation or manufacturing defects, our warranty fully protects your rights.
When collecting the goods, we invite you to carefully check the integrity of the package .
In the event of any anomaly, we recommend signing with specific reservations, indicating the nature of the suspected damage directly on the delivery note or on the courier's device.
This procedure is essential to process any replacement or refund requests. Without a written reservation, we will not be able to process the damage due to transportation.

- Lack of conformity : defect present upon delivery which makes the good unsuitable for use or non-compliant with the contract.
- Working days : Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
Right of withdrawal (for consumers only)
Term and effective date : You have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase, starting from the day you or the person you indicate physically receives the product.
Method : Send an explicit communication to info@bling.shopping for withdrawal.
Return shipping : After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the product. The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise explicitly stated. We recommend tracked shipping : the seller cannot be held responsible for the loss of an untracked package.
Refund : We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery charges. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or until you provide evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
Conditions for accepting returns
The product must be returned in its original condition. You can examine the item as you would in a physical store. If the item shows signs of excessive use, tampering, or damage due to unnecessary handling to determine its nature and characteristics, we may retain a sum proportional to the decrease in value (up to 100% of the value if the product is no longer resalable as new).
Exclusions (Art. 59 Consumer Code) : The right of withdrawal is excluded for personalised products or products clearly made to measure.
Legal guarantee of conformity
For the Consumer : the warranty lasts 24 months from delivery. If the defect appears within 12 months, it is presumed (unless proven otherwise) that it already existed at the time of delivery.
For Professionals (VAT number) : the warranty lasts 12 months from delivery in accordance with the Civil Code.
Remedies : You are entitled to a free repair or replacement. If this is impractical or excessively costly, you can request a price reduction or termination of the contract with a full refund.
What to do upon receipt : If the package appears damaged, we recommend signing for "subject to inspection," specifying the reason (e.g., dented or wet package). Report any shipping damage within 24-48 hours, including photos of the packaging and product.
