Measure your wrist size
Measure the length around your wrist with a strip of paper or a soft tape measure.
Measurement
- Wrap the strip of paper or soft tape measure around your wrist
- Make a mark with a pencil at the overlap point
- Measure the length with a ruler and round up to the nearest whole number
- Consult the Size Chart (Circumference column) to find your size (Size column)
- Choose the next size up for a comfortable fit

- Measured length 16.6 cm / 6.54 in
- Round up to the next whole number 17 cm / 6.69 in = size M
- Choose the next size up for a comfortable fit = size M-L
