General Information
Hallmarks and Trademarks: Our jewelry is made with 925‰ Sterling Silver and is certified through hallmarking in compliance with current regulations on hallmarks and trademarks of Presidential Decree no. 150 of May 30, 2002, and subsequent amendments of Presidential Decree no. 195 of November 26, 2014.
Jewelry with surface treatments: Electroplating treatments such as rhodium plating consist of the electrochemical application of a thin layer of metal onto the jewelry's surface. These treatments are subject to natural wear and tear and may fade over time. Factors such as prolonged sun exposure, contact with acidic agents (creams, perfumes, detergents), solvents, and abrasives accelerate deterioration.
Jewelry with Stones: We use a variety of carefully selected stones, including semi-precious stones, precious stones, synthetic stones, composite stones, and Cubic Zirconia. Semi-precious and composite stones may exhibit natural variations in color, inclusions, veins, and striations. These characteristics should not be considered defects or imperfections but intrinsic qualities of natural stones.
To keep your stone jewelry in optimal condition, avoid sudden temperature changes and prolonged exposure to sunlight.
For cleaning, use only room temperature water, neutral detergents, and smooth, soft cloths to dry, without rubbing. Avoid using abrasive substances, hard brushes, or any other element that could scratch and dull the surface of the stones.
Jewelry with pearls: Pearls are delicate and require special care to maintain their beauty. Avoid contact with perfumes, foundations, hairsprays, and other products containing alcohol or solvents, as these can damage their surface.
Store pearl jewelry separately from other jewelry. Ideally, store them in a cloth pouch or wrap them in a soft cloth to prevent scratches and damage.
Jewelry Care
To keep your BLING shining like new, all it takes is care, delicacy, and a few good habits.
Maintenance: To preserve the brilliance of metals and prevent oxidation, regularly polish your jewelry with a specific soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals: simple cleaning with lukewarm water and neutral soap is more than enough. Use a soft-bristled brush only for the most delicate areas, taking care not to scratch the surface.
After cleaning, thoroughly dry each piece to prevent moisture buildup, which can accelerate the oxidation process. If the jewelry has galvanic treatments, such as rhodium plating or burnishing, handle it with particular care and polish it only when strictly necessary.
Storage: When not wearing them, store your jewelry in its original packaging, in a lined box, or in a separate pouch. This will protect them from scratches, dust, and tarnishing. Each piece of jewelry should be stored individually to preserve its finishes and stones.
Avoid contact with perfumes, creams, hairspray, and cosmetics: they can alter the surface and accelerate its deterioration. Also, remember to remove jewelry before bathing or exercising.
Other important information
Oxidation: Silver, by its nature, tends to oxidize over time. This characteristic is not a defect but an intrinsic quality of the material itself. Various causes can contribute to oxidation, including contact with air, water, humidity, and skin pH.
The use of body lotions, sunscreens, deodorants, perfumes, and hairsprays can also accelerate the oxidation process. Jewelry not treated with electroplating can therefore oxidize, but it is sufficient to polish it with a specific cloth to restore its original luster.
Allergic reactions: Our jewelry is made with the best quality silver available on the market and is classified as nickel-free. This means that, although it contains nickel as a natural element common to many metal alloys, the traces of this element are kept within the legal limits defined by the UNI EN 1811/2011 standard, thus ensuring product safety. However, even if the quantities of nickel are reduced, they could cause reactions in people who suffer from hypersensitivity to the material.
Warranty and repair
Provides a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and damages directly attributable to the production process. The warranty does not cover wear and tear due to use, improper use, oxidation, loss, or theft. The warranty becomes void in the case of modifications and/or repairs carried out by third parties. To avail of the warranty, it is essential to keep the commercial sales document, which constitutes proof of the original purchase.
