Shipping policy

We offer secure, trackable, and transparent shipping. Costs are fixed per market and do not vary based on weight, size, or quantity. Duties and import taxes are included in the product price unless explicitly stated otherwise.

International Shipments

We currently ship throughout Europe. We are working to extend our service to other countries outside the European Union. We invite you to stay updated by subscribing to our newsletter or following us on our social media channels.

Main Timelines

• Production: 14–21 days (custom-made products).
• Order processing: 2 business days from receipt of payment.
• Courier transit: see cost table per market.
• Estimated total time: production + processing + transit (e.g., Italy = 14–21 days + 2 days + 1–3 days).

Fixed Costs and Transit Times

 

Note: The costs indicated are definitive per market and do not depend on weight, size, or quantity. Optional services requested by the customer (e.g., timed delivery, special packaging) may incur additional costs communicated at checkout.

Tracking, Delivery, and Inspection Upon Receipt

You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the package leaves the warehouse. Please check the integrity of the package upon delivery; in case of visible damage, sign with specific reservation. The reservation is necessary to file a claim with the courier.

Claims, Damages, and Returns Related to Shipping

• Reporting damages: Send the order number, detailed photos, and a brief description to info@bling.shopping within 2 days of receipt.
• Evaluation: We will respond within 7 business days with instructions for return, replacement, or refund.
• Returns due to defect or our error: If the defect is confirmed, we offer free replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs.
• Returns due to customer choice: Please refer to the Refund Policy page.
• Refunds: Issued within 14 business days of receipt and verification of the item.

Customs, Packaging, and Responsibility

Duties and taxes included: Customs duties and import taxes are already calculated and included in the product price; the customer will not have to pay additional charges upon delivery, barring unforeseen exceptions. We provide the necessary customs documentation for non-EU shipments.

We use appropriate packaging to protect products; for fragile items, we use reinforced packaging.

Order Modifications, Cancellations, and Contact

Address change or cancellation: Contact us immediately at info@bling.shopping. Changes or cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
