Returns and Refunds Policy

We are here to help you. If something is wrong with your order, we will resolve it quickly and without stress. Here you will find simple conditions, procedures, and timelines for returns, refunds, and warranties on bling.shopping. This information supplements but does not replace the rights provided by current legislation.

Essential Definitions

  • Consumer: a natural person who purchases for purposes unrelated to professional activity (24-month warranty, Right of Withdrawal applicable).
  • Professional: a natural or legal person who purchases with a VAT number for professional purposes (12-month warranty, Right of Withdrawal not applicable).
  • Conforming product: a good that matches the description, quality, and promised functionality.
  • Lack of conformity: a defect present upon delivery that renders the good unsuitable for use or not in conformity with the contract.
  • Working days: Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.

Right of Withdrawal (For Consumers Only)

Term and Commencement: you have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase, starting from the day you or the person you designated physically receive the product.

Method: send an explicit communication to info@bling.shopping for withdrawal.

Return Shipment: after communication, you have another 14 days to return the product. The cost of return is borne by the customer, unless explicitly stated otherwise. We recommend tracked shipping: the loss of an untracked package cannot be attributed to the seller.

Refund: we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs. The refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the Consumer provides proof of having returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

Conditions for Return Acceptance

The product must be returned in undamaged condition. You can examine the goods as you would in a physical store. If the goods show signs of excessive use, tampering, or damage due to unnecessary handling to determine their nature and characteristics, we may withhold an amount proportional to the decrease in value (up to 100% of the value if the product is no longer resalable as new).

Exclusions (Article 59 of the Consumer Code): The right of withdrawal is excluded for personalized products or those clearly made to measure.

Legal Guarantee of Conformity

For the Consumer: the warranty lasts 24 months from delivery. If the defect appears within 12 months, it is presumed (unless proven otherwise) that it already existed at the time of delivery.

For the Professional (VAT number): the warranty lasts 12 months from delivery according to the Civil Code.

Remedies: you have the right to free repair or replacement. If impractical or excessively burdensome, you can request a price reduction or termination of the contract with a full refund.

What to do upon receipt: if the package appears damaged, we advise you to sign with "reservation of inspection" specifying the reason (e.g., dented, wet package). Report any transport damage within 24-48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.

Operational Procedure and Timelines

  1. Send request: write to info@bling.shopping including order number and photos.
  2. Receipt confirmation: we respond within 48 working hours.
  3. Return inspection: carried out within 7 working days of arrival at our premises.
  4. Refund issuance: within 14 days of the inspection result, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Privacy and Data Processing

The collected data (identification, shipping, and payment data) are processed in compliance with the GDPR (EU Reg. 2016/679). Processing is limited to managing the return/warranty process, tax obligations, and protecting contractual rights. Data will be stored for the period prescribed by civil and tax regulations (standard 10 years for accounting documents).
