How your jewel is born
Each of our jewels is individually crafted to your size, with your color mix — never mass-produced. It combines technology, craftsmanship, and extreme attention to detail. It is not an industrial product or a printed object: it is a piece made for you through a process that requires time, precision, and expertise.
The design comes first
Even before you place an order, each collection takes shape through a true design process: hand drawings, study of proportions, 3D models, and wax prototypes.
We perform casting tests, technical verifications, and quality controls. Only when everything is perfect is the collection approved.
Your order activates creation
When you choose a jewel, we generate a CAD model in your exact size. Each size is a dedicated file, with optimized thicknesses and proportions to ensure comfort, balance, and durability.
We don't resize: we design from scratch for you.
Wax prototype and metal casting
From the CAD model, we create a wax prototype with a very high-definition 3D printer. That wax becomes the mold that will receive the molten precious metal, guiding it as it comes to life.
It is a delicate step that requires control, precise timing, and extensive experience.
Handcrafted goldsmithing
Once extracted from the casting, the jewel passes into the hands of our goldsmiths. It is polished, filed, soldered, finished, engraved, and inspected.
Each piece is manually finished under a microscope, because the details are tiny — we're talking about tenths of a millimeter — and every gesture must be perfect.
Hybrid ceramic
The ceramic we use is not paint or enamel: it is a technical, resistant, and precious ceramic.
How we apply it:
- we prepare the metal by cleaning and micro-sanding
- we apply a dedicated adhesion base
- we design mechanical anchors in the 3D model for exceptional hold
- we insert the ceramic by hand, under a microscope, with very fine tools
- we cure it with controlled pressure and heat
- we hand-finish and polish it
It is a slow, meticulous, and entirely manual process.
Result: stable, precise, resistant color perfectly integrated into the jewel.
Final finish
Depending on the model, the jewel is mirror-polished, sandblasted for a matte effect, or finished with both techniques.
Every surface is checked and perfected under a microscope.
Why it takes time
Each jewel is:
- designed to your size
- individually crafted
- hand-finished
- worked under a microscope
- customized with your color mix
- subject to multiple control phases
There are no shortcuts. And that's what makes each piece unique.
The value for you
Your jewel is not printed or mass-produced. It is created for you, to your size, with your color mix, through a process that combines technology, craftsmanship, and a precision invisible to the naked eye, but which you will feel every time you wear it.
